Technical Project Lead RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technical projects from start to finish.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement complex technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as you will need to lead technical discussions with team members and customers.Demonstrate advanced knowledge of enterprise networks, including configuration, troubleshooting, and management.Showcase your expertise in implementing advanced security principles, automation, and programmability within an enterprise network.Able to plan, design, and lead large projects with multiple technology types and advanced solution sets.Possess the ability to re-configure and configure platforms in a holistic manner.Implement changes and perform change control mechanisms, ensuring thorough testing outcomes.Lead large projects from beginning to end, managing all aspects of design, prep, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and customer sign-off.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you must possess:A minimum of three TSG-approved manufacturer associate-level certifications or one TSG-approved professional-level certification.Holds and agrees to maintain relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, Aruba ACSA, or ACMA.Demonstrates experience equivalent to three TSG-approved associate-level certifications or one approved professional-level certification, validated and approved by the TSG hiring manager.Certifications:The following certifications are required:Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level manufacturers (Aruba, HPE, Juniper).Multi-manufacturer associate-level certifications (CCNA, ACSA) in Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco.Benefits:As part of our partnership with MGT Impact Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with nationally respected teams in management consulting, social impact advisory, and technology services.
