Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Researcher to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers in the AEC industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights that drive sales lead’s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the AEC industry.
  • Analyze data from various sources to produce comprehensive reports on market conditions and potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team and present market insights and research findings.
  • Monitor industry publications, news, and reports to stay updated on market trends and changes.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a robust database of leads and market intelligence to support sales initiatives.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to management and sales teams to inform decision-making.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective research techniques.
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in research, data analysis and related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
