About the PositionKey ResponsibilitiesSolution Development & CollaborationPartner with Sales Representatives to lead technical discussions from discovery through deal closure.Translate customer requirements into tailored solution designs, incorporating scalability, availability, and security considerations.Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that clearly show business impact.Provide architecture recommendations to improve application responsiveness, reliability, and resilience.Troubleshooting & Problem-SolvingAssess and diagnose challenges in content delivery, availability, and load handling.Design strategies to ensure optimal request handling, efficient routing, and minimal latency for end users.Recommend measures to protect against malicious traffic, automated abuse, and service disruption.Implement best practices for content delivery efficiency and consistency across global endpoints.Collaboration & Customer SuccessAct as the go-to technical resource for both customers and internal teams throughout the customer lifecycle.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine solutions based on customer feedback.Maintain long-term technical relationships to ensure solution adoption and expansion opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.5+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or architecture roles within networking, application delivery, or cloud technology companies.Strong understanding of how internet-based services are delivered and secured at scale.Experience designing solutions that balance performance, scalability, and security for high-traffic applications.Ability to troubleshoot complex delivery issues involving multiple layers of the technology stack.Confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders and influence decision-making.
