Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SDET to join our team. As an SDET, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Key Responsibilities:Automation Development:Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Test Strategy & Planning:Define and implement test strategies, ensuring high-quality software releases.Code Quality & CI/CD:Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Performance & Security Testing:Implement performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentorship & Best Practices:Mentor junior SDETs, promote best testing practices, and drive quality initiatives across teams.Tooling & Innovation:Evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency.Collaboration:Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability.Requirements:5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g., OWASP, penetration testing).Benefits:Comprehensive Insurance PolicyRemote First PolicyA chance to have a huge impact early in your career
