Ranika Design is a leading design focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories, Clothing & Home Decor. We are based in Sector 8, Noida. We are searching for a production merchandising manager for one our bags divisions.


Responsibilities

  • Overview and ensure the merchandising department objectives are met
  • Create a department structure & job responsibilities
  • To train and guide a team of senior production merchandisers
  • Analysing the performance of production merchandising team and guiding them accordingly
  • Create process flow for the department and tweaking as and when necessary.
  • Making SOPs for smooth functionality.
  • Managing the cost of the department vs the budget


Qualifications

  • Strong product knowledge of textile, beaded, macrame bags & accessories
  • Strong English verbal + communication skills
  • Strong managerial skills
