If you excel at problem-solving, communication, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic environment, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You'll Do…Elicit, Analyze, and Document Requirements: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and feedback. Translate these into clear use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and business requirement documents (BRDs).Solution Design & Implementation Support: Work closely with technical and business teams to design, document, and implement system solutions that align with business needs. Prepare requirement scope documents, mockups, and coordinate approvals during the solution design process.Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and document existing business processes, develop process models and workflows, and recommend innovative and practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Risk Assessment & Prioritization: Assess risks and impacts associated with proposed solutions and designs, and effectively prioritize competing business demands to ensure project success.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the specification, testing, and implementation phases to ensure seamless communication and delivery.BRD Oversight & Query Resolution: Follow up on technical BRD preparation by IT teams, ensuring timely reviews and approvals while resolving any functional queries that arise.Testing, Validation & UAT Coordination: Support solution validation by delivering requirement walkthroughs, assisting in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating signoffs from business users to confirm solution readiness.Ensure Quality Standards: Validate that developed solutions meet defined business and technical requirements, maintaining alignment with established quality standards.Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain comprehensive business process and system documentation, including flowcharts, data models, and business rules.
