Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Safety and Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security posture of our systems, data, and tools.Safeguard cloud and on-premises infrastructure by implementing and maintaining robust security controls to minimize risks and threats.Monitor Darktrace, SIEM, and other Security Operations Centre (SOC) tools to detect and respond to potential threats in real time.Investigate security incidents and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution and maintain strong audit and compliance readiness at all times.Requirements3+ years of experience in security operations, SOC support, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex security incidents.Hands-on experience with Darktrace, SIEMs, or similar security monitoring tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret system logs and reports.Understanding of IT compliance frameworks and risk management practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.You will be responsible for:Proactively escalating and resolving security alerts in a timely manner, minimizing the impact of security incidents on our business.Maintaining strong audit and compliance readiness at all times, ensuring that our systems and data meet the required standards.Personal AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent communication and documentation skills.Proactive, vigilant, and responsive under pressure, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.This is a fully remote role based anywhere in India, offering a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant contribution to the security and success of our organization.
