Role Description The Head of Finance will be responsible for shaping the financial health of the company, driving long-term strategy, ensuring compliance, and building investor confidence. This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic leadership, reporting directly to the CEO. Location: Hyderabad Job Type : On-site (No Hybrid Flexibility) Overall Benefits included: up to ₹ 90,000/- Key responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth and investment goals. Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead annual budgets, cash flow management, and forecasting. Capital Structuring : Drive fundraising efforts, manage debt/equity structuring, and build strong banking/investor relationships. Risk Management : Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Financial Control & Compliance : Oversee audits, tax planning, statutory filings, and corporate governance. Project Finance : Structure PPAs, open access projects, and renewable energy investments for profitability and scalability. Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, implementing systems and processes for efficiency. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CFA (preferred). 3–5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment-heavy industries . Strong background in project finance, fundraising, and investor relations . Proven ability to manage financial strategy in growth-stage companies . Exceptional knowledge of Indian financial regulations, tax, and compliance. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
