From bespoke residences to iconic commercial spaces, we integrate realty advisory, architectural innovation, construction mastery, and luxury interior design into a single seamless experience.As we expand our footprint across Chennai and beyond, we are looking for talented young architects who can contribute to our vision of crafting Beyond Luxury experiences.Role OverviewThe Junior Architect will work closely with the senior design and project teams to support architectural planning, conceptualization, client presentations, site coordination, and detailed drawings. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about contemporary and luxury design, detail-driven, eager to learn, and committed to delivering uncompromising quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept DevelopmentAssist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design directions for luxury residential and commercial projects.Support in creating mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations in line with Urban Shark's premium design ethos.Prepare presentation drawings, renders, and design documentation for client meetings.Technical DocumentationProduce precise working drawings, construction details, and architectural GFC documents.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design alignment and technical feasibility.Maintain version-controlled drawing sets and ensure timely updates.Project & Site CoordinationConduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site architectural queries.Work with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to design quality and timelines.Document site progress and report deviations or design challenges.Client & Internal CollaborationParticipate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design options.Collaborate with the construction and interior design teams for integrated project delivery.Maintain high levels of professionalism, communication, and responsiveness.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Design (B.Des) from a recognized institution.1–3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in high-end or luxury projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), V-Ray/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and understanding of materials.Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Good communication and presentation skills.What We OfferOpportunity to work on premium luxury projects across Chennai and emerging metro markets.A creative, collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.Exposure to integrated workflows across real estate, construction, and interior verticals.Growth opportunities within one of Chennai's fastest-growing luxury design brands.
