Incentives & Rebates Program Manager (Remote – India)Location: Remote (India)Type: Full-timeTime Zone: Partial U.S. Pacific overlapAbout the CompanyWe are a U.S.-based electrical contracting and energy solutions company with over 40 years of experience in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.Our work now extends into clean energy, battery storage, EV charging, and renewable systems, supporting both private developments and large-scale affordable housing projects.As part of our expansion into energy efficiency and sustainability, we are seeking a skilled Incentives & Rebates Program Manager to help us identify and secure funding, grants, and rebates for our projects across the United States.About the RoleThis position will focus on researching, applying for, and tracking all relevant energy incentives, grants, and rebates offered by U.S. federal, state, and utility programs.You will collaborate remotely with our U.S. operations, estimating, and finance teams to ensure every eligible project receives available financial benefits — directly increasing our project profitability and client value.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and maintain a live database of U.S. energy incentive programs (DOE, CEC, CPUC, SGIP, IRA, EVSE, etc.).Prepare and submit incentive and rebate applications with required technical and financial documentation.Track application progress, approval status, and payout timelines.Generate monthly reports summarizing captured incentives and upcoming opportunities.Stay up to date with U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes.Coordinate with accounting and project teams for compliance and documentation.The person who gets this job should also look into the cell phone towers installed on our rooftops in California.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management.3+ years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration.Strong English communication and writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research.Experience with U.S. renewable energy, utility, or infrastructure programs is a major plus.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of U.S. energy programs such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), SGIP, or EV charging incentives.Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, or energy storage systems.Prior work experience with U.S. clients in the clean energy, engineering, or construction sectors.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary in INR (based on experience).Performance bonus tied to successful incentive and rebate capture.Fully remote, long-term role with U.S. collaboration.Paid training on U.S. energy programs and sustainability policy.Career growth in the global clean energy and infrastructure industry.Ideal CandidateYou are detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about sustainability.You enjoy research and problem-solving, and you want your work to make a measurable impact — supporting renewable energy, electrification, and climate-focused infrastructure projects across the U.S.How to ApplySubmit your resume (and optional cover letter) highlighting:Relevant research or grant/incentive experience,Prior work with U.S. or international clients, andAny experience in clean energy, EV, or sustainability projects.📩 Apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply or send directly to recruiting@castellanre.com with subject line:“Application – Incentives & Rebates Program Manager (Remote India)”
