Senior Social Media Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to achieve business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency environment, with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles and practices. You will be responsible for analyzing customer expectations, requirements, and developing social media posts accordingly.You will also be responsible for creating, implementing, and executing content ideas with the design team, as well as ideating and fleshing out content strategies for clients and servicing them end-to-end. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaborators is essential.Responsibilities:Analyze customer expectations, requirements, and develop social media posts accordinglyDevelop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve targetsCreate, implement, and execute content ideas with the design teamIdeate and flesh out content strategies for clients and servicing them end-to-endCommunicate effectively to all stakeholdersRegular posting and creation of amplification plansMonitor posts, analyze data obtained, and develop monthly reportsPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesStay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practicesRequirements:Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the media industry - agency background preferredAgency background (experience handling multiple brands) requiredExperience in beauty, lifestyle, and luxury preferredIntermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & CanvaTeam and time management skillsBenefits:5 days a week scheduleHybrid model (12 days WFO)Encouraging culture that fosters creativityEnjoyable working environment with a youthful and energetic team
