Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to lead our team in the design of automotive interior trim components.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the design team on interior trim components, including door trim, instrument panel, and console design.Drive new product development, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Maintain deep knowledge of plastic part design, assembly, manufacturing, and tooling processes.Develop expertise in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and computer-aided design software, such as Catia V5/V6.Analyze and design parts according to OEM standards and design rules, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Proactively identify opportunities for design and process improvements, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Utilize strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results-oriented solutions.
