Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Shri Ram Academy, located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing hiring strategies, and building employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and collaborating with various departments to meet hiring needs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. QualificationsExperience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and applying best practices to attract high-quality talentProficiency in Hiring processes and strategies, including workforce planning and job analysisStrong Employer Branding expertise to effectively promote the organization as a preferred place to workSkills in Interviewing and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for roles within the organizationKnowledge and experience in Recruiting processes, including sourcing and engaging qualified candidatesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systemsRelevant experience in the education sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
