About role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, ready to hit the ground running, with strong qualifications and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a qualified CA/ICWA with solid MS Excel skills and the ability to effectively analyze data and communicate insights.
Responsibilities:
● Participate in and support daily financial management routines, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
● Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
● Engage with multiple operating countries to coordinate and consolidate financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions.
● Work closely with international teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial information.
● Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business objectives.
● Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, maintain, and optimize financial models, reports, and dashboards.
● Automate routine financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and performance metrics.
● Present financial data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) is required.
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle complex data sets and perform advanced calculations.
● Prior experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
● Experience in a multinational environment or working with multiple operating countries is a plus.
● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
● Solid analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
