Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the automation testing efforts for our software products, ensuring high quality and optimal performance across all applications. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to define testing strategies, establish best practices, and implement automation frameworks that align with our quality assurance objectives. As a leader in the automation team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior testers, providing guidance on automation tools and technologies, and driving the adoption of automated testing methodologies. Your expertise in automation will significantly contribute to reducing time-to-market and enhancing product reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, coupled with hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools. You will play a crucial role in the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process, ensuring that automation testing integrates seamlessly into our workflow. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and a desire to take ownership of the automation testing process, we would love to hear from you and discuss how you can contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities

- Lead the automation testing efforts for software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to define and implement testing strategies.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
