Explore the Intersection of AI and EngineeringLead/Principal Generative AI EngineerWe are seeking an experienced professional to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.Technical Leadership: Define the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for the Generative AI team.AI Strategy & Roadmap: Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).Multimodal AI: Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows.Scalable Systems: Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.Cloud & MLOps: Train, deploy, and scale models using cloud infrastructure and modern MLOps tools.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.Mentorship: Coach and upskill ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's in CS/ML/AI or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).5+ years' experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.Expertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.).Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3D).Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.
