As a key member of our integration team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday tools, strong leadership skills, and excellent coding proficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert for integrations, including finance, payroll, HR systems, and other critical areas.Lead the integration team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.Drive best practices and ensure consistency in integration development and delivery.Development and Technical ImplementationBuild and optimize interfaces to customer and vendor systems using Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, iLoad, XML, XSLT, and Web Services.Demonstrate hands-on coding and integration expertise across project lifecycles.Leverage XML, XSLT, and scripting tools to create and maintain robust integrations.Documentation and DesignDevelop comprehensive integration specifications, field mappings, and technical design documents.Ensure workflows align with both business and technical requirements.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with stakeholders to assess integration needs and design optimal solutions.Collaborate closely with finance, payroll, and HR teams to ensure seamless data flow and system alignment.Issue Resolution and Strategic PlanningInvestigate and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analyses, and recommend improvements.Drive strategic advancements in integration practices across the organization.Data Management and System AlignmentOversee data flow between Workday and internal/external systems, ensuring alignment with business processes.Support organizational data strategies through effective integrations.
