About UsWe are an online music school dedicated to delivering high-quality Western classical piano education.Job DescriptionAs a western classical piano teacher, you will conduct one-on-one classes with students of all ages and proficiency levels.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong foundation in music theory, and a pleasant demeanor.Required Skills and QualificationsA Grade 8 certificate in Piano Performance from a recognized Western classical music board or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.Candidates with Grades 6 or 7 in Piano and pursuing Grade 8 may also apply, provided they meet the necessary requirements.A strong understanding of music theory is essential for this role.BenefitsThe successful candidate will be expected to commit to at least 1.5 years as a full-time online teacher.Prior online teaching experience is highly valued.Other RequirementsA stable, high-speed broadband connection suitable for uninterrupted Zoom calls is required.A noise and distraction-free teaching environment is crucial for success in this role.A desktop computer or laptop with a good quality mic and camera is also necessary.Access to an 88-key digital or acoustic piano is mandatory.
