The role also entails conducting follow-ups, maintaining a pipeline of potential leads, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management Ability to identify and meet client needs through tailored solutions Proven capability in meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Previous experience in sales or the education/training sector is an advantage Basic knowledge of e-learning or certification programs is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
