SQL Server Data Migration Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server data migration specialist to lead and execute the conversion of data from Oracle Fusion to Salesforce. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with complex data systems and are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and build efficient SQL Server-based ETL processes for migrating large volumes of data from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce.Create and maintain staging tables, mappings, and transformation logic to align Oracle Fusion data structures with Salesforce objects.Analyze the Oracle Fusion data model and map it to Salesforce standard and custom objects.Develop robust data validation and reconciliation scripts/reports to ensure data completeness and accuracy pre- and post-load.Optimize SQL queries and jobs for performance and scalability on large data volumes in SQL Server.Collaborate closely with onsite Salesforce functional/technical teams to ensure alignment on object models, required fields, and data constraints.Troubleshoot and resolve dataload issues, referential integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks during mock cycles and cutover.Prepare and maintain technical documentation (mapping documents, conversion design, runbooks, data dictionaries).About the RoleThis role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
