Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate software engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions using the platform.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular emphasis on building intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.Key Responsibilities:Copilot Studio Development:Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows to create engaging and effective conversational experiences.Integrate Copilot Studio with other Power Platform components and external systems.Develop and maintain custom topics, entities, and actions within Copilot Studio.Analyze and optimize chatbot performance through analytics and user feedback.Power Platform Development:Develop and maintain Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, and portals) to create custom business applications.Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.Utilize Dataverse to design and manage data models and ensure data integrity.Create and manage custom connectors to integrate with third-party systems.Build and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide actionable insights.Solution Design and Implementation:Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop effective Power Platform solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.Participate in code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Requirements:Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development.Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying chatbots and virtual assistants using Copilot Studio.Strong understanding of natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows.Experience in integrating Copilot Studio with other Power Platform components and external systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
