Job Title: Machine Learning Operations EngineerA key requirement for this role is to have a solid understanding of machine learning operations and its applications.Responsibilities include:Model Deployment and ManagementDeveloping, deploying, and scaling machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCPCI/CD PipelinesBuilding and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and JenkinsContainerization and OrchestrationContainerizing and orchestrating workloads using Docker and KubernetesInfrastructure ManagementManaging infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormationObservability and MonitoringImplementing model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow, Feast, Prometheus, and GrafanaCollaborating with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models for personalization, recommendations, and natural language processingTechnical RequirementsProficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, SQL)Bonus: experience with real-time machine learning serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systemsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with subscription, media, or recommender systemsKnowledge of experiment design and causal inferenceExposure to real-time machine learning serving
