This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Designer Partnerships & Onboarding:Negotiate and manage designer partnerships to ensure alignment with our brand positioning.Coordinate the onboarding process for new designers, including product launches, communication, and inventory management.Build strong working relationships with designers and their teams to drive successful collaborations.MERCHANDISING & INVENTORY STRATEGY:Analyze sales data and market trends to inform seasonal and yearly merchandise calendars.Negotiate markdowns and exclusives with designers to maximize revenue opportunities.EXECUTION & OPERATIONS:Ensure seamless execution of collections, including accurate product information and timely launches.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.INTERNAL COLLABORATION & PROBLEM SOLVING:Work closely with e-commerce, design, marketing, and retail teams to drive business results.Proactively identify and solve problems, maintaining clear documentation and structured ownership.
