The ideal candidate can integrate CGI, live-action, and motion graphics elements seamlessly into polished final shots.If you're passionate about visual storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesComposite VFX shots using Nuke and After Effects depending on pipeline needsPerform keying, rotoscoping, tracking, cleanup, beauty work, and multi-pass compositing with high precisionIntegrate 3D renders, matte paintings, motion graphics, and plate elements into cohesive, photorealistic visualsCollaborate with CG artists, editors, and supervisors to deliver consistent, high-quality shotsTroubleshoot technical and artistic challenges during compositingWork efficiently under deadlines while maintaining visual excellenceRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of professional experience as a compositorStrong proficiency in After Effects (layer-based compositing) and solid knowledge of NukeExpertise in:Keying (greenscreen/bluescreen techniques)Rotoscoping and 2D/3D trackingCleanup and paint-outsMulti-pass compositing workflowsSolid understanding of CG render layers, EXR workflows, color management, grain, and depth passesStrong artistic eye for color, lighting, realism, edges, and compositionAbility to optimize projects for speed and manage complex timelines/node structuresExperience setting up look frames and light comps from 3D rendersBonus SkillsWe'd love candidates with experience in:Mocha, Fusion, or SilhouetteBasic 3D projections, camera tracking, or simple 3D setupsACES, OCIO pipelines, and HDR workflowsMotion graphics experience for hybrid projectsWhat We're Looking ForAttention to Detail: Photorealistic standards and meticulous quality controlTechnical Proficiency: Strong software skills with continuous learning mindsetCreative Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle artistic and technical challengesCollaboration: Experience working effectively with VFX supervisors, CG artists, and editorsDeadline-Oriented: Ability to deliver high-quality work under production timelinesLocation & DetailsLocation: Mumbai (On-Site)Experience Level: Mid to SeniorType: Full-TimeHow to ApplyIf you're ready to make your mark and have a portfolio showcasing your 3D work, we'd love to see it, Apply now We look forward to meeting talented 3D artists who are passionate about their craft
