Predictive Analytics Specialist: Drive Business Growth with Advanced Data InsightsAbout the RoleAt Tensor Planet, we're pushing the boundaries of commercial fleet management by harnessing the power of AI-driven predictive models. We're seeking an exceptional Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this vision.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement advanced predictive models using Machine Learning techniques to detect early warning signals in high-frequency sensor data.Create data pipelines to ingest IoT data from vehicle systems, deploy, and monitor models for optimal performance.Innovate with Generative AI to enhance conversational intelligence in fleet management and vehicle maintenance.Elevate technical standards by integrating domain expertise to translate vehicle mechanics knowledge into actionable features.Maintain high-quality deliverables through best practices for reproducibility, testing, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.Challenges and OpportunitiesSensor Fusion: Seamlessly integrate CAN-bus streams, IoT feeds, historical maintenance logs, and real-world context for enhanced insights.Scale and Latency: Develop real-time prediction capabilities across hundreds of vehicles while minimizing false positives.Regulatory and Safety: Ensure models comply with industry standards and support safety-critical decision-making.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in data science and 2 years in vehicle telematics or Industrial IoT.Expert-level proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, SQL/NoSQL, data streaming platforms, deployment workflows, containerization, CI/CD, model tracking, and observability.Familiarity with CAN-bus protocols, telematics standards, and core vehicle systems.Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly from failures, and adapt to new challenges.What We OfferWe're committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that empowers our team members to grow professionally and personally.
