Sparrow’s tech division also offers GroundESG™ for sustainability management and advanced dashboards for predictive safety analytics. What sets Sparrow apart is its consulting-first approach to tech—ensuring every solution is grounded in practical EHS experience and tailored for impact.Key Responsibilities:Develop responsive and accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS and Chakra UI.Implement state management solutions with Redux for predictable app state.Manage asynchronous data fetching and caching using TanStack Query (React Query).Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast loading and smooth user experiences.Write Modular code keeping scaling in mind.Write unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability.(vitest , jest)Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.Participate in code reviews, contribute to frontend architecture decisions.Stay current with frontend trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of software development experience with frontend technologies.Proficient in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and Chakra UI for styling.Expertise in Redux for complex state management.Hands-on experience with TanStack Query (React Query) for server state management.Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Preferred Skills:Advanced proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with strong understanding of component-based architecture.Expertise in styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Chakra UI for building responsive and accessible UIs.Hands-on experience with state and server management tools, including Redux and TanStack Query (React Query).Solid knowledge of testing frameworks like Vitest and Jest, along with best practices for writing modular, scalable code.Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Proactive attitude to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge tech like AI, IoT, and Digital Twin for smart manufacturing.Impact global industries with solutions trusted by 500+ clients across 16 countries.Grow your career fast in a high-growth company with continuous learning opportunities.Innovative, collaborative culture that values ideas and empowers developers.
