Geometric Analysis and Design for Manufacturability EngineerJob Description:We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML Engineer to join our organization and build our next-generation browser-based platform for geometric analysis and DFM.This is a high-impact role focused on bringing real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, impacting how products are designed, costed, and produced globally.Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ML models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts, developing computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models, building predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis, creating real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment using TensorFlow.js/ONNX.js, and designing data pipelines for continuous model training and improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments.ML Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.3D Geometry: Experience with 3D geometry processing using libraries like Open3D, PCL, or similar.Web AI: JavaScript/TypeScript expertise for browser-based AI deployment (TensorFlow.js, ONNX.js).Foundation: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, computational geometry, and optimization techniques.CAD Knowledge: Understanding of CAD file formats (STEP, STL, OBJ) and 3D mesh processing.Software Engineering: Experience with WebAssembly development, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD best practices.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, ML, and DFM, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth and improve product quality.
