This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to utilize their exceptional networking skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build lasting relationships.About the Role:Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure substantial contributions (₹20 lakhs to ₹1 crore+) from High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), alumni, and foundations.Create and maintain an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal connections.Establish and track fundraising targets, regularly reporting progress to management through donor engagement metrics and donation tracking.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.Demonstrated success in securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
