We're Hiring: Lead MERN Stack DeveloperWe are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Lead MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in building SaaS or product-based applications.This role is perfect for someone ready to step into a leadership position, take ownership of a product, and guide a small, focused development team.Location: MangaluruRole: Lead Developer (MERN Stack)Experience: 2+ Years (Product / SaaS Mandatory)Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead MERN Stack Developer, you will own the end-to-end software development lifecycle of our product:Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Architecture & Development: Design scalable, high-performance backend services and build reusable, responsive frontend components.Product Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team to convert business requirements into clear technical solutions.Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure strong unit and integration testing.Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, supporting their technical growth.SaaS Focus: Ensure performance, security, scalability, and multi-tenancy best practices suitable for a SaaS platform.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2+ years as a Full-Stack / MERN Stack Developer.Strong MERN Expertise: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.Product / SaaS Experience: Hands-on experience building and maintaining SaaS or product-based applications (mandatory).Leadership Ability: Capability to take ownership, manage timelines, and guide team members.Core Technologies: JavaScript / TypeScript, RESTful APIs, modern frontend tools (Webpack, Babel).Database Knowledge: MongoDB schema design and query optimization.DevOps / Cloud (Bonus): Git, deployment workflows, and familiarity with AWS or Azure.
