As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and integration of MAWM modules.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong techno-functional expertise in MAWM, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and excellent collaboration skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Configure and implement MAWM modules covering Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.Provide Level 2/Level 3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.Work on MAWM integrations with third-party systems such as WCS and MHE.Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases.Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.Participate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.
