Role and Responsibilities

  • • Experience in managing Quality Control & Assurance & Plant Operations, performing
  • Preparing overall quality business plan considering all quality sections ,Quality Assurance & System Implementation,
  • Developing mechanical maintenance and operations procedures to increase the efficiency; implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Planning for day-to-day production related activities, production schedules and allocating work for achieving monthly production targets
  • Implementing & maintaining quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness for enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements
  • Reviewing & updating documents all quality documents on the feedback of customer issues / in-house issues, monitoring all inspection standards based on feedback of customer problems and in-house line problems
  • Coordinating plant operations for the setting-up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
  • Working on statistical quality control, SQC techniques that is cause & effect diagram, pareto diagram, control charts & histogram
  • Providing direction, motivation & training to the team for ensuring optimum performance, design & implementation of performance management system for all the team members
  • Ensuring communication between the various levels and functions regarding the processes of the quality management system and its effectiveness
