Job Summary:Full Chip STA LeadWe are seeking an accomplished STA Specialist to spearhead timing closure activities for intricate SoCs.This role will involve handling functional and test constraints at block and top level, performing static timing analysis (STA) for block-level and full-chip sign-off, owning ECO generation at the top level and coordinating with block owners for timing/functional ECO implementation, working closely with synthesis teams for block-level and top-level synthesis, driving automation initiatives using Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python, and mentoring junior engineers on technical aspects.Key Responsibilities:Drive timing closure activities for complex SoCs.Perform static timing analysis (STA) for block-level and full-chip sign-off.Own ECO generation at the top level.Coordinate with block owners for timing/functional ECO implementation.Work closely with synthesis teams for block-level and top-level synthesis.Drive automation initiatives using Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python.Requirements:Mastery of full-chip timing and constraint management.Strong technical guidance skills for junior engineers.Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with ECO generation and implementation.Proficiency in Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python programming languages.Bonus Points:Experience with SoC design and development.Knowledge of digital logic and circuit design.Understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) tools.This is a unique opportunity to join our team and take your career to the next level.
