Job Title: Design Manager The role of Design Manager involves overseeing all aspects of our design and creative output. Key responsibilities include ensuring that design and creative deliverables align with client expectations, and are executed within stipulated timelines. Key Responsibilities:Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelinesManaging a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client Requirement and Budget Understanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of ProjectSelection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from Client Making of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc. Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedback Knowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for execution Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structureStrong Design sense Well versed with design codes followed in the different states of USA Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirement and goals Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projects.Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts to clients.Process oriented, ambitious out-of-the-box approach with an ability to motivate team members Excellent decision making and problem solving skills Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details Understanding of client engagement Understanding of technical drawingsMulti-tasking ability Benefits: A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative and effective design solutions.
