As a Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials.


Responsibilities:

• Visual Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, advertisements, websites, social media graphics, and more.

• Layout Adjustments: Make necessary changes to adapt designs to various formats, such as posters, banners, social media, websites, or offline, while maintaining visual consistency.

• Design Adjustments:

o Resize images and graphics to fit different media, maintaining proper proportions and image quality.

o Modify color schemes as needed to align with cultural preferences, or adjust for printing processes and color limitations.

o Select appropriate fonts and make adjustments in text formatting to maintain readability and design consistency across languages.

• Language and Localization: Modify text, typography, and layout to accommodate different languages and cultures, ensuring accuracy and readability while respecting cultural nuances.

• Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that the designs are free from errors or inconsistencies. Ensure that designs comply with brand guidelines and follow any requirements specific to the target market.

• Time Management: Manage multiple adaptation projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and timelines.

• Print and Web Production: Prepare designs for both print and digital media, ensuring that they meet technical specifications for various mediums.

• Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from reporting manager/internal stakeholders to make necessary adjustments and improvements to the adapted materials.


Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of graphic design experience is required.

• Preferably in creative fields such as fashion, beauty or advertising.

• Should have a good portfolio showcasing their work, including a range of design projects, both print and digital.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

• Expert in design for digital media and understanding of formats, resolution, and sizes.
