Job Description: We are urgently seeking skilled Architecture and MEP BIM professionals (10 Positions) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with international projects, particularly in the US construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for architecture and MEP disciplines.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM models across various project stages.
- Ensure BIM models meet all required standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize Dynamo to enhance and automate BIM workflows.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in Architecture and MEP BIM, with a strong portfolio of international projects, especially in the US construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering,
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US construction standards and practices.
- Availability: Ability to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
