Lead AI Trading EngineerWe are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Trading Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our next-generation AI-driven options trading system.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, practical knowledge of technical analysis, and hands-on experience with automated trading systems, options, and/or futures trading.Key Responsibilities:Develop a multi-LLM 'council' architecture to systematically capture intraday option moves.Implement workflows: proposal → critique → refinement → final decision, with deterministic risk rules as guardrails.Build TA-based signals using multi-timeframe trend/momentum indicators.Volatility/range tools, market structure, and prior day high/low analysis.Use that analysis to take ES trades between 6 PM and 9:30 AM EST.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong, practical Technical Analysis skills.4+ years in quantitative/algo trading or systematic options/futures development.Strong programming in Python.Hands-on experience with automated trading systems, options and/or futures trading, intraday or short-dated strategies.Technical Expertise:Technical Analysis & Signal GenerationVolatility/Risk ManagementSystem Design & ArchitectureData Integration & Execution Layer DevelopmentWhat We Offer:A competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a collaborative work environment.Apply now to take the first step towards this exciting opportunity
