Dynamics 365 F&O Business Process Consultant

Job Summary:Highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Functional Consultants are sought after to implement and support complex business solutions through the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going maintenance.Collaborate with end-users to provide assistance and guidanceContribute to solution design by identifying key functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionalityCreate comprehensive documentation outlining functional and customisation designsAssist in configuring and migrating dataTroubleshoot technical issues and recommend efficient solutionsThe ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O's Finance module and Project Management and Accounting (PMA), along with experience in developing customised solutions to address complex business problems. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities include:Support the global roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all countries within the organisationProvide day-to-day assistance to business users with their D365 F&O tasks and responsibilitiesUnderstand the capabilities and limitations of the softwareMatch customer requirements with available D365 F&O functionalitiesDevelop creative workarounds to meet requirements without resorting to customisationsAnalyse business processes to identify areas for improvementStay up-to-date with Microsoft's continuous release plans and recommend suitable new functionality when availableKey qualifications include a strong working knowledge of business processes, ER framework, ability to multitask and prioritise, excellent attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
