Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled ITSI Administrator to implement service monitoring for complex systems using Splunk ITSI.This role requires at least 1 year of experience in implementing service monitoring solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:Implementing and managing service models, KPIs, and glass tables using IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) modules.Developing and maintaining automation scripts for data ingestion and indexing.Collaborating with technical stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as a Splunk Administrator with a focus on ITSI.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, data ingestion, and indexing.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.Working EnvironmentThe ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Familiarity with IT infrastructure and operations is essential.
