Job Title: Visual Identity ManagerJob Description:The Visual Identity Manager will lead a creative team of designers and artists to develop compelling visual assets that elevate the brand presence across digital, social, web, and print platforms.This role requires a blend of strategic design thinking, leadership, and hands-on design execution to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and motion graphics artists, driving design excellence and collaboration.Oversee the conceptualization and execution of campaigns, digital creatives, video storyboards, landing pages, and event branding.Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful visual communication.Define and maintain the company's visual identity, ensuring cohesive brand aesthetics across all channels.Manage the creative workflow, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.Review and approve key design deliverables; coach team members on visual composition, typography, and storytelling.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.5+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital marketing creatives, and motion/infographics projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.Hands-on understanding of digital/social media formats and visual storytelling for education brands.Benefits:Opportunity to shape the visual identity of a global EdTech leader.Creative freedom backed by a data-driven marketing culture.Collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation and growth.Access to continuous learning programs through upGrad's ecosystem.
