Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video lectures, promotional videos, and course materials for our professional training programs.You will work closely with our instructional designers, faculty, and media production team to ensure every video aligns with IEMA’s brand and educational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and educational content.Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, intros/outros, and sound effects as needed.Sync audio and video from multiple camera angles.Color correction and sound balancing for professional output.Collaborate with the creative and academic teams to structure visual storytelling effectively.Manage and organize footage, maintaining version control for different course modules.Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, LMS, website, etc.).Ensure timely delivery of edited videos as per project deadlines.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in educational, corporate, or media production.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.Strong understanding of pacing, visual continuity, and sound design.Basic knowledge of color grading, graphics design, and motion animation.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and under tight deadlines.Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in editing educational or e-learning content.Familiarity with camera work, lighting, and green screen editing.Knowledge of audio enhancement and subtitling tools.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge educational content for industry professionals.Exposure to projects involving AI, IoT, and Digital Twin technologies.Creative and collaborative work environment.Competitive compensation based on experience.
