Roles & Responsibilities:
➢ Preparation of financial statements and MIS (including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
➢ Collaborate with external statutory auditors, internal auditors, and bankers for effective coordination and support in financial matters.
➢ Maintain the fixed asset register to record and manage details of fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation and compliance with regulatory standards.
➢ Prepare the Annual Budget and analyze budget variances to understand deviations from planned financial targets.
➢ Familiar with transfer pricing and knowledgeable in finalizing accounts.
➢ Manage daily banking activities, oversee investments, and handle forex transactions efficiently and effectively as required.
➢ Proficient in SAP, utilizing it for financial data management, reporting, and analysis.
➢ Knowledgeable in Direct and Indirect taxation, applying expertise in tax laws to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
➢ Knowledgeable about GST and up to date with the latest amendments for accurate compliance
➢ Familiar with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for accurate financial reporting

Competencies Required • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (including GST), and financial reporting.
• Analytical skills for financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk assessment
• Problem-solving abilities in critical thinking and decision-making
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and financial software applications
