Senior / Lead Technical Dynamics CRM Developer

One of our long-standing clients is a leading Tier 1 satellite communications company. Due to their continued success, they are significantly expanding their teams in Chennai. Ovyo is proud to be partnering with them to manage this recruitment drive and hire candidates directly to the client.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Maintain Dynamics 365 Solutions : Deliver high-quality code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure, ensuring adherence to best practices and long-term sustainability.
  • Active Participation in Agile Processes : Engage in Agile ceremonies and maintain accurate task statuses in Azure DevOps.
  • Manage Integrations : Oversee integrated solutions, ensuring smooth interface operations for cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and Collaborate : Provide support to product owners and team members by resolving issues and improving user stories.
  • Mentorship and Learning : Mentor junior developers and learn new technologies as needed to support team growth and project success.
  • Automate Development and Testing : Streamline development, testing, and release cycles by automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in development, with strong experience across Microsoft .NET, C# and JavaScript.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably working on the cloud platform
  • Strong Experience with Azure Based Integrations (Azure Functions & Azure Logic Apps) and Azure DevOps
  • Strong experience in areas ; Customization and form scripting, Administration/security role configuration, Plugin and workflow, Business Process Flow, Sitemap and ribbons, Power apps & flows and the marketing & sales side of Dynamics
  • Dynamics CRM\Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB2-716 or other similar
  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience with User Interface (UI) Design
