Job Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated professional to support our project management and delivery teams in an Associate capacity.The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless development of projects.Developing a thorough understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts is essential for this role.Analysing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis is also a critical aspect of the job.Client EngagementThe successful candidate will interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements and needs.Responding to client’s changing needs and priorities is crucial in this role.SUPPORTING THE TEAM IN DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS CLIENT NEEDS IS ALSO ESSENTIAL.Business Development InitiativesConducting research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors is vital for identifying business opportunities.Preparing reports to generate business development opportunities is a key responsibility of this role.Supporting the team in responding to proposals requested by potential clients is also an important task.Qualifications & Skills:A Full-Time MBA in Finance from a premier B-School is highly desirable.1-4+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only is necessary for this role.Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms is preferred.BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) WORKING IS ESSENTIAL.Strong Financial Modelling Acumen is required for success in this role.Remuneration Package: 28 - 32lpa fixed (plus annual performance-linked variable)
