At Nanobag, we're seeking a creative professional to join our team as an Ads Creative. This role requires a unique blend of storytelling, strategy, and visual craft to produce performance-driven ad content across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.We're looking for someone who can develop compelling ad concepts and storyboards that bring our brand values and unique selling points to life. You'll be responsible for writing engaging scripts and captions for short-form videos, UGC, and motion ads, as well as coordinating production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content.Creative Concept & Production:Develop ad concepts and storyboards that resonate with our target audience.Write captivating scripts and captions for various ad formats.Coordinate production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.Repurpose assets for multiple formats — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.Performance & Iteration:Collaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and optimize creative concepts.Track ad performance data to identify areas for improvement.Continuously A/B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.Brand & Messaging Consistency:Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story.Maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns.Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Must-Have Qualifications:We're looking for someone with exceptional creative skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for sustainable living.
