Responsibilities include leading junior consultants, providing regular mentoring and coaching, and participating in initiatives aimed at developing and improving our practices.Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team of junior consultants and ensuring that they receive the necessary guidance and support to deliver high-quality work.Mentoring and Coaching: You will provide regular mentoring and coaching to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.Practice Development Initiatives: You will participate in initiatives aimed at developing and improving our practices, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.Project Delivery: You will work closely with our onshore counterparts to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.Quality Standards: You will ensure that all work is delivered to a high standard, meeting the established turnaround time and budget for each project.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this role. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities are also beneficial.
