JOB PURPOSE:

Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance. Maintaining all machinery to ensure it's at working standards. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.


ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsible complete maintenance activities of the machine tools:

• Coordination with other section/ vendors for repair/ spares requirement.

• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

• Communicating with vendor for spares follow up. Also finding local vendor for old machines. Development of new system in our old, outdated machine along with their electrical/ electronic drives and systems.

• total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic equipment (including software programming).

• Ensuring Housekeeping and 5S Activity.

• Preventative maintenance planning, BOM, Catalogue profile, notification, updation of spares stock and utilization through SAP.

• . Budgeting and cost analysis of the maintenance activity.


SAFETY:

• Ensuring use of PPES in maintenance Section • Reporting of Any Incident to the Incharge.

• Safety of the associates/ employee and the machines by introducing safe working methods with proper training and culture change.

• SOP and Hirac of the Maintenance procedure.


Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.


Functional Skills:

1. Good knowledge of the Machine tools, Software, Machining language.

2. Good knowledge on types of maintenance / vendors for outsourcing/ spares management
