About the RoleAt Ant Investments, we're seeking a skilled Funded Algo/Quant Trader to join our team. This contract-based profit-sharing role involves designing, testing, and executing algorithmic trading strategies.This position requires analyzing datasets to identify profitable signals, optimizing trading performance, and adapting algorithms to evolving market conditions. Collaboration with quantitative researchers, risk managers, and other team members is expected to improve strategy effectiveness and ensure compliance with trading regulations.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Market Making and Trading Strategies, proficiency in Quantitative Investing and Trading, and experience with Quantitative Analytics and data-driven decision-making.Proven analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment are also essential.A strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, along with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, is required for this position.
