Mid Level UI/UX Designer Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Mid Level UI/UX Designer to lead our digital design efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our users.The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, create low and high-fidelity production-ready designs, storyboards, and style guides. They will also develop UI mockups and prototypes, understand and manage design systems, prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, advise designers on controls and inputs, identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, adhere to style standards, train new designers, and ensure high-level design practices.Key Responsibilities:Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.Create low and high-fidelity production-ready designs, storyboards, and style guides.Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.Understand and manage design systems.Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.Advise designers on controls and inputs.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.Adehere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.Train new designers joining the team.Ensure the highest level of design practices.Requirements:Proven experience in UI/UX design.Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with design tools and software.
