Job Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join our team for an international project in Chennai. The selected candidate will assist with the implementation of a Work Force Planning system.Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working with PeopleSoft.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing and delivering processes to pull staff demographic data, load historical data from a SQL Server database, produce completed programs, take functional specs and develop high quality technical specs, enable workflow, adhere to project schedules and report progress regularly, prepare technical documents, conduct peer review, prepare weekly status reports and participate in status meetings.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree, +8 years of IT experience, +5 years relevant experience in building PeopleSoft systems using PeopleSoft and Database technologies, excellent knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQR and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform, expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle platform, expertise in SQR programming, expertise with Peoplesoft Mobile / Fluid technologies, sufficient knowledge and working experience with rule based systems, knowledge of Peoplesoft HR table infrastructure, proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle, sound understanding of and implementation experience with issue tracking, and source code repository.Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoftExcellent knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQRExpertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle platformExperience with Peoplesoft Mobile / Fluid technologiesSufficient knowledge and working experience with rule based systemsKnowledge of Peoplesoft HR table infrastructureBenefits and Growth OpportunitiesAs a Senior PeopleSoft Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your technical skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.About the JobThis is a full-time position, requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
