The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive.The role includes · Email id management · Social accounts management & Other accounts management · Maintaining office records, · Land / Property / Asset management · Personal Vehicle management · Personal Insurance management · Work & Appointment management · Personal Bank / Loan account management · Personal Debt management · Personal Court cases management · Phone management · Communication Management · Any other business-related activities · Payments & Expense Management Preparation of reports, presentations and meeting agenda.QualificationsProficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsCompetence in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredBachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
